The woman with the little dog lived across from Nicole. She was the elderly lady that looked across to Nicoles cause the dogs were barking but could not see anything. She had poor hearing and sight. I think I heard that They changed the numbers on Bundy after the murder. But from the elderly ladies testimony and Heistra about the little dog shows he was across from Nicoles.
