Jasper, Agreed. But to me, most of the evidence seems "planted" as it did to lots of people to Start with after the murders. I can recall having "laughing" conversations with a wide variety of people about the evidence...just for that reason.
When I said Ify alibi--I meant that OJ wasn't in a roomful of a 100 people every second of the time in a city across the country.
Most people who live a halfway quiet life (at home) would have no more of an alibi than OJ did. Most--a whole lot less.
That CSI show just got me to thinking about how would you prove you had never been at a crime scene say if your watch is found there. Or some other clothing is found there belonging to you if you had no more of an alibi than OJ and probably a whole lot less.
And something I am noticing about the Blake case already is the stressing of a motive--he disliked his wife. He despised her. Well, that is the case for many people who are barely hanging on to a marriage. As one pundit said tonight--motive doesn't make a person guilty.
Disliking her --even intensely--won't get it. He had the 'goods" on her and could have easily gotten a divorce, gotten custody of the child and perhaps have even gotten her arrested for her activities.
It reminds me of the "weak motive" they used in the OJ case. They had plenty of other stuff that could have gotten into perhaps with OJ but they avoided it like a hot potato. Why?
