I also heard the remark by Mcclinton about the gun. Heres the thing about this whole incident. The law in Nevada is like the one in Texas. If you are driving a car with somebody else, and then that other person gets out of the car and kills somebody, then the person in the car is also going to be guilty of murder. Dog The Bounty Hunter can sure relate to this because that is exactly what happened to him. Regardless if OJ knew if anyone had guns in the room, he is the one that asked these Bozos to come with him. I have done a great deal of research on the laws pertaining to this case and if anything is reversable, it is the Jury selection process, the way that they deliberated, and weather or not any jurors lied on their questioners.(JUROR#3 - PAUL CONNELLY) Also if the jurors was to tired to reach a reasonable conclusion, which they all admit they were tired and just wanted to go home! The two Black woman that the prosecution fought and won to have them NOT sit on this jury was "to religious and wouldnt be able to render a fair decision" This is a issue for appeal because as you here one of the jurors in their interview, GOD IS IN CONTROLL! This juror is named Dora Pettit. She also said she is ok if OJ was to walk out of jail a free man tommorow. Now if I was going to be in judge of a person and it was my decision to find that person guilty of all these charges, I wouldnt want that person to see any freedom what so ever. This jury regardless of what, was going to stay there and reach this verdict of guilty on all counts. The jury forman said that he was afraid someone would get into a accident or get a flat tire if they were to go home before giving their verdict! Now that is such a flat out LIE. They was able to go home everyday during the trial!!!!! WHAT REALLY MATTERS IS THAT THIS JURY WAS FIXED ON MAKING A DECISION AT A CEARTAIN TIME AND THIS IN ITSELF IS REVERSABLE!
