Don’t know why I never thought of this before... It makes no more sense for Phillips not to have called Roberts immediately after he called Fuhrman than it does for him not to have called Fuhrman immediately after Rossi called him. I think Roberts was the FIRST person Phillips called on a cell phone with a number billed to someone else and Roberts told Phillips EXACTLY what time to call Fuhrman so that it would appear on a phone bill in Phillips’ name. ...................If that’s what happened, Phillips didn’t have to know what the code meant. He needed only to know that 1:05 WAS as code and that Fuhrman would know what it meant when he got it. Ditto with the 10:03 Swiss Army Watch code and the 2:10 sign in time for Phillips and Fuhrman on Bundy, which I now believe was also a code. ................I’m sure that Chris Springer missed Fuhrman’s motives for carrying out the Bundy murders and helping to frame O.J. Simpson for the same reason I missed Roberts’s place in the plan. We bit on the PROMINENCE of Fuhrman and all of the things we knew he could do and had to do to pull it off. I am now leaning to the belief that the fame, fortune and influence motives I ascribed to Fuhrman were the lures that ROBERTS USED to reel Fuhrman into HIS plan. .............. If Roberts already had the money he wanted and he didn’t want the fame, influence could still have been a strong motive for him. The more his Flow Chart puzzle piece evolved the more it began to look to me like he had a hell of a lot of influence behind the scenes in the LAPD and beyond before the Bundy murders and after. ...............For Fuhrman the murders were a grisly publicity stunt. What were they to Roberts? –Jasper
