Rovaan – Sounds to me like Pellicano was speaking rhetorically, saying that it would be cheaper to off the guy rather than to pay for suing him. It did not sound as though he was making a serious proposal or that Sender took it as a serious proposal. I had to wonder why the prosecutors brought it into the trial and made it seem like something it wasn’t. ………..At the same time, I couldn’t help thinking about the murder-for-hire scenario in place for a January ’94 hit on Nicole with Pellicano in place to look like he was part of it. If he hadn’t been in prison when Bill Wasz was murdered, I don’t think Bill’s death, with its Fuhrman-Roberts-Phillips-Pavelic connections, would have been made to look like an accident. I think it would have looked like murder with Pellicano looking like the killer. ………. Thanks to your cleanup of the archives I could go back and see what we were saying about Pellicano before I got a chance to speak with Bill Wasz directly. The big question was who persuaded Bill that Robert Kardashian wanted Nicole followed to set the stage for killing her and framing Paula Barbieri. We figured that whoever it was (if such a person existed) had to be a middleman for whoever wanted to kill Nicole and frame O.J. in a murder-for-hire plot. Pellicano seemed to fit the qualifications for the middleman only because we didn’t know at that time who fit those qualifications better. ………..Bill Was told me he would give me the real name when he met me face-to-face in Detroit on March 11. He had painted himself in a corner on the internet so there was no way for him to get out of that meeting unless something out of his control stopped it. ………..Something out of his control DID stop it. Then, at three o'clock my P.O. calls and says he "can't make it today and "where will be tomorrow morning". I told him I'd be at anoofice in Beverly Hills filming some interviews and I can't hang around the house. He responded that he would just meet me at that office and "make contact". So I will know tomorrow. It's always better to ask in person, I will call you tomorrow and let you know. Tickets are from 250 to 500. Only problem is, almost every flight goes to Newark, New Jersey and switches flights. Satan himself hates Newark. That was Natalia and Anna. I forgot to send Alina, photo taken inside my Elderado. She's very ugly. So I apologize for any retina damage which may ensue. The next day he got the call that told him Fuhrman was behind the arrest. Five days later he was dead. ………..I never believed that Pellicano was arrested without his cooperation. I think he made a deal to talk about something much bigger and got stiffed. –Jasper
