OJNUT it could be very well a case of symantex. What someone meant to say and what they said isn't always the same. Just like clarifying a post. Until you realize how the other person understood yourself to mean you don't realize that it was taken that way. That's the problem here you have to many people talking to the media and that' s NEVER a good thing..... I can honestly see why charges were brought and I can honestly see why charges shouldn't have been brought. This is like the kitchen sink case. Everything is in it. Fromong and Beardsley state they've been robbed. Problem is that state doesn't have to drop charges. In some cases the person who brought charges may be charged for false charges. So were walking the line all around. Same with the recordings. One legitimate recording is leading to another illegal (wire tap) recording. It's comical to serious. IMO the "sting" was an insane idea. That doesn't make it illegal. I'm just trying to follow the legalities of both sides. I have no dog in this fight what ever is legal is, whatever isn't isn't. There are flaws in it but this country still has the best laws out of any other country and the ambiguity in some I wouldn't want defined but enough leaway to plead why a charge isn't always what it seems.
