Sadly I was referring to the lawyers removing the plaintiffs and defendants in what I was referring to as the game of chess..... ..... IMO the defendant and or the plaintiff get lost in court hearings and it becomes a game of wits and knowledge to play the the "game". Sometimes it has nothing to do with the truth but what's legal is what counts. These are the technicalities that make the guilty go free and convict innocent people. I try to look at both sides and figure out the legal strategies and sorry it doesn't always lead to the truth only which attorney prevails.
