When you study this case long enough, you will find that OJ, his defense team and the prosecution do not want the truth to come out. When you are able to answer that question then you have it solved. I keep going back to the Lizza Borden case as it is so similar to this one. Lizza definately did not want the truth out nor did her defense lawyers. I think it took 60 years for someone like Jasper or Dr. J. to finally find out what it was all about. The police knew the truth as did all the lawyers but witnesses where intimidated not to talk who saw the murderer leave. And there is still more to come that is locked in her law firms safe. My daughter in law just told me it was finally on TV. Over 100 years to be public knowledge. Old man Borden, who was a crook, made a new will disinheriting all his children. His illigitimate son, who no one knew about, killed him and destroyed the new will. Lizza took the fall so she and her sister would inherite. The reason the police and court went along with it is that the truth would also impicate a lot of local and state politicians. So Lizza was found not guilty but always believed guilty and lived off the inheritance that was not rightfully hers but covered up by the politicians. And those people who knew the truth keep their mouths shut to protect her. Remember a single woman could not work at a job except as a maid or something at that time.
