Stillatlarge, I don't think any of these tapes should be allows in the trials. I also don't trust their authenticity. And I sure don't trust Harvesy Levin and TMZ.com. ..... Anything could have been added and omitted from those tapes. Not to mention that Riccio was taping surrepticously. ..... As for him claiming he "worked out immunity with Las Vegas Police", you're right that that does not mean he actually has immunity. .... And, is it not up to the D.A. rather than the police to grant immunity ? ... The only one's who should have been arrested are Riccio, Fromong, Beardsley, Gilbert, and anyone else involved in this set-up. .... These charges should have been thrown out. I hope that the charges against OJ are dropped or he is aquitted. ........ Solitairea1
