It is very complicated. In the trial the couples credit card showed the time it was run thru the machine. When he got the bill, it seemed wrong to him so he called the Mezz and found out the machine was 1 hour off due to daylight savings. So we know the machine was 1 hour wrong. Then in Nicole's case they give the time her credit card was processed along with something else Which had the time as sometime the next morning. I used those times to come up with aproximately when they left. The waitress asked if they wanted dessert and they said no bring the check. Now waitress's don't take a dessert order until they have finished eating. So they left shortly after. They probably did go to the rest room and stuff so it gives an aproximation. Now if you do it, you find that the time you get, whould not give them time to eat. So you have to move it an hour and speculate that someone tried to move the machine times to make it earlier but they forgot daylight savings. The other machine ended up in the AM somehow. I don't know if you can still get the transcripts to get those times. Either Nicole left later or earlier or the couples time was rigged. And the only way it makes sense is that someone played with the credit card machine to try to get Nicole leaving early enough to get the Browns home in time to make those calls to explain why Ron was at Nicoles. I have my notes someplace but it would take a lot of digging to get them. I think it was the hostess who testified about Nicoles bills and Mandel or someone in the resturant who testified about his bill. But it was different place than Nicoles. I am no math wizz in fact I am math handicapped. But I do astrology and deal with time a lot, especially moving it because of daylight savings and I think that experience helped me spot how to do it.
