Sounds like an early draft. When I write, I do not start making the fact and English corrections, till about the 3rd draft. I am trying to get the story in order and the right adjectives and adverbs that make it exciting first. So it came from the publisher or the ghost writer. It is doubtful OJ worte anything but told the ghost writer the way he wanted it writen and it is fiction when you get down to it. Goldman was going to pass it off as non fiction. It is a fictional account of a real event, but it is still fiction as opposed to say Iago which if facts which you researched and made educated conclusions which is non fiction.
