the first books sent out go to where they can get pre publicity. TMZ would have been in line to get a pre publicity book. There lawyers either knew that they had a right to publish it or worth it for the publicity. The guy with the bankrupsy court is making noise but that may be all. Now could the judge even make them give up a book they got as a gift and therefore owned, when they where no part of the orginal Goldman suit. I doubt it. If my neighbor gives me a dish and then gets in trouble about other dishes just like it. Can the court make me give up my dish, I don't think so?
