Lollie, …….I don’t think so. If you fall from the top of a skyscraper, get flattened by a steamroller or ripped to tiny bits in an explosion, the thing that kills you is oxygen deprivation. That’s the ultimate cause of death every time and so basic to life that doctors take it for granted. When medical examiners cite the “cause of death” they go to whatever it was that caused the oxygen deprivation. ……….Normally you think of oxygen deprivation when someone is drowned, asphyxiated, or strangled because that’s what cuts off the oxygen supply. With Anna Nicole, as it was with Bill Wasz, the thing that caused her blood cells to be starved of oxygen to the point of death was a bad mix of drugs. ………. If they were murdered the person who did it understood that “oxygen deprivation” was not likely to show up in the coroner’s report and therefore, neither would the thing that tipped the critical balance toward death. ……….For the record, I do not believe Anna Nicole was murdered or that anyone was criminally negligent in her death. I do believe that someone murdered Bill Wasz and Daniel Smith with variations of the same trick unknown to forensic medicine. I believe that Fuhrman knew the trick and that he kept close tabs on Anna Nicole expecting that she would end up in a hospital with information leaked to the press about her drug use. I don’t think he expected she would die but I get the feeling that he was not terribly surprised that she did. –Jasper
