Rovaan, …This stinks. A lethal mix of drugs is what killed Bill Wasz. We saw the autopsy report. I gave a copy of it to a staff physician at a major hospital in Detroit who told me what all of that medical jargon meant. The bottom line with Bill was that none of the drugs in his system would have killed him if he had not consumed so much alcohol. The LA county coroner concluded that Bill’s death was accidental. The doctor I talked to agreed on the bases of the considerable experience with similar cases combined with his history of drug use. When I told her about the circumstances leading up to his death that weren’t in the report she was no longer sure that his death was accidental. ………She was sure of the MECHANISM of death triggered by multiple drug intoxication (again, the level of alcohol being the critical factor). It was, as I suspected from the report on Anna Nicole’s upper body and facial splotches, oxygen deprivation in the blood resulting in oxygen deprivation to the lungs. The splotches come from oxygen deprived blood from the lungs trying to reach the brain and erupting in the skin tissues before it can make it. ……… Howard K. Stern’s prescription medicine bottle on the bedside table is starting to loom large again – just as Mark Fuhrman said in the beginning that it did to him. When you think about it, he said enough to “get it right” no matter what drugs the autopsy report showed as long as a lethal drug interaction was involved. …………Fuhrman could have been prepared to offer intelligent opinions on all of the drugs that could have contributed to Anna Nicole’s death from the research he did to write Silent Scream. His book was published in 2005 shortly before Bill Wasz coincidentally died of an “accidental” lethal drug interaction in March, which wasn’t that long ago so his research could have been relatively fresh in his mind. But the medial knowledge he revealed in that book had to do with causes of oxygen deprivation other than a deadly mixture of drugs. The thing that got me was how prepared he was to talk generally and specifically about drugs and how well his comments set the table for any drug-related findings connected in any way to Stern. ………..NOBODY mentioned oxygen deprived blood as the mechanism of death in ether Bill Wasz’s case or Anna Nicole’s. It was not in either autopsy report. It was only in the minds of damn few people who knew specifically what multiple drug intoxication meant. –Jasper
