You are making sense to me. It could be that in lucid moments, she was attempting to leave Howard. Danial was the first because he was going to inherite and being an adult brother, probably trustie of Daniel Lynn. If he inherited outright as the will, then it would be all over for Howard as he would be 21 very quickly. I forgot what the will said, but even if it said he inherited at 25-he was old enought to keep Howard from using the money. We will probably never know if Howard was afraid Anna would leave or go into rehab and she would write another will, leaving him out.
