Hi Paddy, I bought "Frame of the Century" a couple months ago. It was a bad mistake for Schulman to dismiss Fuhrman. I got the impression he did so because he didn't want to be seen as "going after" Fuhrman because of his rascism. You know how we've been accused of that, LOL! .... That's why I think he didn't want to 'go there' in regards to Fuhrman. .... Aside from that, I really like the book, and found out lot more personal info. about Ron Shipp, though I was hoping to find out more! ..... I caught what you did, where in the book, on the show, can't remember which, Shipp almost said he was at Bundy that night. .... Also the info. Schulman discovered about Shipp having no alibi, quite like Fuhrman in that he had at least a couple, such as he said he was home with his wife the night of the murders, then later, say's he and the wife had a fight and he went out and screwed around with some woman. .... Also I found the "Larry Elder" section of the book quite telling! So, Larry Elder and Ron Shipp are friends and gulfing buddies!?! Hmmmmm! .... I'd like to talk more about Ron Shipp actually. After I read the book, I wrote a couple posts, but never posted them. Can't remember what I got into, but had meant to post, then got caught up in whatever. ...... I too liked the part where J. Neil Schulman goes by his house and Shipp approaches him, LOL! And I like that he kept going back after that, LOL! He was more than fair letting Shipp and his lawyer have a chance to respond, and extended the time to do so, but well, you know why that couldn't and wouldn't be an option for Shipp, LOL! ... I also didn't know that in the weeks before Nicole died, she complained to OJ and others that Ron Shipp kept showing up at her place uninvited and unexpectedly, as well as continually calling her on the phone. ... Then he's another one who like Fuhrman claimed to have had a sexual relationship with her. I don't believe he did, but I do believe he and Denise did. OJ seems to be the only guy smart enough to stay away from Denise! ...... Anyay, I've often wondered if Nicole and OJ were 'creeped out' by Shipp. Seems Nicole was. ... I think a Subject about Ron Shipp would be very interesting. ... I also found it interesting that when Schulman was parked by Shipp's house, the time Shipp approached him, Schulman saw the Shipp's drive off in *seperate* vehicles. And what the unamed source in the book, ho it turns out is Tom McCullom had to say about his longtime dealings with Shipp was very revealing. The clothing Shipp called his SWAT outfit that he wore on nights when he was out 'P.I.'ing'. And so much else! And Ron Phillips telling Schulman he didn't have any intention of answering Schulman's questions, till Schulman said he had that tape McCullom had of Shipp phoning him about the murders, before he could have known about them unless he was at the crime scene. .... Then Phillips gives Schulman a few curt and predictable answers. No surprise there! ..... I wonder why Shipp phoned McCullom, even though I believe he was drunk when he did, but their friendship and business dealings ended on a bad note a few years before. I'd like to know why Shipp called Tom McCullom. .... And I wonder how McCullom could honestly believe OJ guilty!?! ... All in all, I think Schulman's book is very good. .... Glad you've been reading the books, I still have some I have to read! What books are you planning on getting next? ...... Solitairea1
