I had not heard about the abrasions. But under the arms would be from lifting him by someones hands or belt etc. under the arms. On the hips hard to know as don't know exactly what they mean by hips. But being forcefull held down or lifted or fall etc could cause that. But under the arms would only be caused by lifting unless it was something nutty like shaving with a bad razor.
