Jean, …I’m not claiming to know the truth about this. I’m merely trying to show why I believe the date on the fax is wrong. ………… All machines are subject to malfunction. Neither you nor I have ever seen or heard of a fax malfunction like the one at issue. What reason would the lawyer have to question that HE had such a malfunction? The issue can be settled by whether or not the date AND TIME on the fax cover sheet corresponds with a phone record of when it was sent. If the phone record does not match the date and time on the fax, it could not have been sent when the fax machine said it was sent. If that was the ONLY fax sent in that timeframe with the wrong date on it, the other faxes would bust them. ……….On top of that, you have three layers involved on Stern’s side, including Stern himself, who were clearly unprepared to answer the question of how that date appeared on that cover sheet. All of them knew whether the fax was sent before or after Anna Nicole’s death, just as my lawyer knew when I sent my letter with the wrong date on it to the EEOC. To perpetrate a fraud they would have had to prepare for it with that knowledge in mind. To be caught off guard as they were, I do not see how they could have known that the date on the fax contradicted what they said about when it was sent. And I still don’t see why they would risk the penalty of violating the candor to the court obligation as officers of the court. ……………Again I ask you: Why tell a damaging lie when a harmless one is at hand? Indeed, if the fax was sent when the cover sheet says it was, no one had to deny it. They would be lying only if it was not sent in preparation for Howard murdering Anna Nicole. What kind of preparation is that for a lawyer to commit premeditated murder? --Jasper
