It is not Stern's DNA they need or asking for. It is Anna's and the baby's. Larry is not giving up, there is a court case in the Bahama's on monday in which he is seeking custody. I am guessing that he promissed not to fight about the burial of Anna in return for seeing the baby. Something like that. The ad laudem probally talking them into the arm holding stuff and they don't want to offend him right now and not be allowed at the funeral. All depends now on how the appelate court rules as to the interpretation of what the law says about the next of kin. I saw that law and do not see how in the world it is interpreted that it is the baby. It strickly says a child over 18. Nothing about a child under 18. Other laws do include children under 18, for the inheritence, etc but not that burial law.
