I am not in love with police but they are not white trash. The mother was poor and lifted herself up by joining the police dept. Larry Birkhart worked all the time and pays his own rent, etc. Howard Stern has lived off Anna almost since he has meet her. His only income was from being what you might call an extra in her TV show. He was an unpaid goofer. Nothing wrong with being a paid goofer. I know some very happy successful ones that work from 9 to 5 and earn a salary. But he was more or less a kept man. He could not really be her lawyer and be living with her also. That is cause for disbarment. He could give legal advice, like my brother has sometimes done for me and even gone to court-but not as my lawyer but as friend of the court.
