No we cannot know who the father is at this point. But when he is asking to prove it is his with DNA and Stern is avoiding proving it, then we can assume that Birkhart is more likelly the father between the two. Stern is trying and may well get by usuing Bemuda law that assumes that the name on the birth cirtificate is the father and may or may not require the definative proff of DNA. Then we would have to wait till the child is old enouth to ask for the tests or someone has to do it without a court order. She will if not already, be tested by some means sooner than later. I know how I would do it right at the funeral.
