Jasper do you have the wrong date on your fax if you have one? Bet you don't. Now anyone like a lawyer who knows the importance of dates, makes sure their fax is correct. I don't buy that for a minute. It was at home fax and what does a lawyer use a fax for? Probably to get those last minute motions and stuff to the court. Stuff that has to be dated say 8Am, Monday morning. You use it for deadlines and you make darn sure it has the right time and date. And anyhow it looks sloppy and lawyers don't like to look sloppy. When I worked at a hospital at night, I read every chart on our wing for technical. Mostly I was looking for no or wrong dates and correct signitures, because if we where ever sued, a chart missing correct dates and signitures would loose the law suit. The lawyers for the hospital made sure it was done by someone. My boss at another place left off the year on a chart note and was raked over the coals by an inspector. That is how important dates are on any paper sent out. No lawyer is going to have a wrong date on a fax. It may have been an innocent reason to get the will, he may have needed it to update the will, but I don't buy the wrong date.
