Now that I think more about what happened in court I see how wrong it was. First, there were several digs at Vergie by the judge. It's clear now that when he said he wanted Dannilyn to grow up and play the piano and tennis that was directed at Vergie. Poor people don't play tennis and usually not the piano. I think the jerk had made his decision within 30 minutes. He had the motion for stay in his hands yesterday afternoon and took the paper home with him. He knows it's an emergency. He knows there is a good chance the appeals court would overturn his stupidity and he doesn't want to give them or Virgie the chance. Like the commentators were saying yesterday, he had no business ruling on next of kin without knowing who the father was! Period. Vergie was clearly the one with the right to the body under the law. He threw out the rules of evidence and procedure and he had no right to do that or to rush this thing un-necessarily for her vanity or anything frivolous. His ruling was based on the baby, so it was the next of kin statute he based it on, and he doesn't even know who that is w/out the paternity! Second, he hung up on Billy Smith w/out letting him finish. All he was allowed to say before the judge cut him off was "side by side". How does he know he wasn't referring to exhuming Daniel and burying them side by side in the U.S.? This whole thing REEKS. The judge admitted in a roundabout way that he was watching the news coverage. Should a judge base a decision on the law or on the questionable information in the media? Now he's not even going to allow Vergie to appeal??!! The class war is so obvious in this. He was prejudiced against Vergie from day one. I am very disappointed in Birkhead. He really looks like a sucker at this point. He is no match for that slickster snake in a suit and no good can come from talking to a possible double murderer. It is very insincere and self-serving in doing so IMO. It looks like he is going to join up with a murderer or at best "enabler" against poor old Vergie. Think about it. It's in both their interest to cover it up if it's Daniel's baby becuase then Vergie would get it all! I'm starting to think more and more that's the likely explanation. I'm not saying I want Vergie to RAISE the baby. Then again, look at the pictures of Birkhead taking part in all that debauchery. He was looking on when Anna was all "down and dirty" with that Dr. Kapoor. I don't want to see DaniLynn go back to the dirt in Mexia, but I think Vergie has a right to be involved in her life and have a say in all this. NOT TO MENTION THE MONEY! She has just as much right to claim a part of those millions as Birkhead, Stern, or anybody else. Florida is just throwing out the rule of law. I'm still wondering what's going on in the bigger picture. It still looks scripted to me like one big psy-op. BTW, did anybody see the video Anna made for Britney Spears? She was more lucid in that than she has ever been shown. She looked COMPLETELY normal. Completely sane. No slurring, no silliness, nothing. That was when she was pregnant because she was saying that they were both expecting and wishing Britney luck with her second one.
