http://www.smartfellowspress.com/_0207/00000106.htm If you’re wondering why no one has had more to say about the fax of Anna Nicole’s will what Howard Stern was reported to have seen before her death to his lawyer Ron Rale, here it is: On yesterday’s Greta, Howard’s other lawyer told her that the basis of the report was an erroneous date on the document that she faxed to Rale. His fax machine was set to the wrong date, which the news source did not investigate before releasing the story. She said that the judge and all of the lawyers involved had copies of the phone records that recorded the correct date after Anna Nicole’s death. Greta also talked to one of Virgie’s layers on another issue. Neither she nor he mentioned the fax. ………..Virgie’s lawyer, by the way, was Stephen Turnstile, the same lawyer who produced the Bahamas burial plot document on Greta that I wrote about earlier.
