I belive MOM=Wisdom. Did not know her marriage failed. Now if OJ used the money to pay taxes and tuition and morgage. Then they are fighting the state with the taxes, if state school-then state or if private school-a school and the mortage company. Since OJ already gave them the money it is no longer OJ's but those harder to sur entities. In the state of Florida, if his kids go to college here, one can pay tuition in advance. Like start when the child is born and pay the tuition. It saves parents because they pay the tuition in advance at the rate that it is on that year. So as it goes up, they paid less for the tuition than if they had waited. If the kid does not go to a Florida state school, then you get back the actual amount paid in. He may have done this and paid ahead. And it belongs to the state unless and until the kid opts out of using it.
