Mike, if you read that article, you should remember that this guy's first lawyer never did anything to follow-up on the evidence that would have cleared this man. .... You need to understand that there are many more people framed and/or sitting in prison for crimes they did not commit on nothing more than very questionable "eye-witness" testimony. ... No one should even be arrested based on what this man was convicted on. And things like this have gotten far worse since the frame-up of OJ Simpson. ...
