Solitairea1 … The fall guy option just happens to work with Shipp, Nitrini, Bateman, Wasz, and now Rogers with ALL five of them sharing the minority trait of being 6-footers. The shortest one (Rogers) was 6’0. The tallest (Bateman) was 6’ 5”. With O.J. at 6’2” and Fuhrman at 6’3”, that’s a handy spread for alibying Fuhrman between La Quinta and Brentwood. It’s also a handy spread of stature for framing O.J. or framing them if the O.J. frame failed. You can’t get a better selection to choose from than those five men for any scenario necessitated by unfolding events that makes Fuhrman the hero in solving the crime. ………. All of these men had histories of substance abuse that intersected with the criminal justice system and they all did things within three months of each other that were consistent with keeping tabs on Nicole. It looks somewhat like a bizarre relay race with Shipp hading the baton to Bateman, Bateman passing it to Nitrini, Nitrini passing it back to Bateman, Bateman passing it to Wasz, Wasz dropping the baton and Rogers picking it up and running with it. Whether they knew it or not at the time, all of them ended up somehow linked to Fuhrman and Fuhrman’s ambition from the very start of his LAPD career to “make the big arrest” on the illegal drug trafficking front. ………… The key thing here is that Fuhrman’s big arrest ambition centered on illegal drug trafficking and developing networks of informants. A key feature of an intelligence network is that it doesn’t require direct communication with every source. All it requires is people who know the people you what to get information from. ………. How can it be a coincidence that Bill Wasz and Glen Rogers partied with Nicole and Faye just before Bill realized that he was being set up as a patsy in Nicole’s murder in January ’94 and Rogers just before she was actually killed in June? Why would Fuhrman have had the obvious interest in both of them that he had if the stories about Fuhrman and Rogers are true? How can Bateman’s business in Pomona (between La Quinta and Brentwood) and the business of Roger’s brother in La Quinta have nothing to do with Fuhrman’s credit card alibi? How can Mario’s links to Rocky and his story about the secret compartment and the bag have nothing to do each other and, in turn, nothing to do with implicating O.J. AND Rocky and clearing Fuhrman? ……….. Any way you look at it all of these connections, the way they connect and the timing of their connections are incompatible with O.J.’s guilt and consistent with Fuhrman’s. Every new discovery draws the case against Fuhrman tighter. –Jasper
