I have a bit of life experience that might throw some light on the motive of these murders of McDonald's family. My father was a doctor and he carried all emergency supplies where ever he went including morphine in a doctor's bag.----------------We lived in an area that certainly was not big with drug addicts. Yet our house and my father's car where often broken into by addicts looking for drugs.----------Now the time period was a bit different as my father made house calls. Carring around a doctors bag kinda went out with stopping house calls and so many law suits when a medical person stopped at a wreck.--------But if these drug addicted people had at some time in their lives seen that doctors might carry drugs, then they could easily broken into a doctor's house. -------Some doctors still carry bags, but it is more for some specialized insturments that they use both in their offices and then use in the hospital. Now it is unknown if McDonald was known to carry a bag or if this group just picked him because they knew he was a doctor and therefore might have drugs.-----------Certain drug addicts may well become violent when they expect to find drugs and don't. Kinda like in places where you might get mugged, it is much safer to have some money on you to steal, so the mugger is happy with what he got and does not turn on you because you should have money and do not. -------------------------------------------------- Now McDonld discribed his attackers and one was a woman with blond hair. And a blond hair was found which was atributed to doll as it was not a human hair but what one might find on dolls or on wigs. But later investigations showed this was not a dolls hair but had to have come from a wig. And there where several things such as this that where not in the trial but where found out later by investigators.------------------------------------ Now McGinnis's book had much to do with the guilty verdict of McDonald. This was a best seller and made MCGinnis and his publisher a lota money.------McGinnis sat thru the OJ trial as a book writer. But he never wrote a book. Nada. I think this says a lot about both the OJ trial and the McDonald trial. Did McGinnis get a bit of conciousness born out of guilt at what he had done to McDonald?
