The problem is that a civil trial has such a low standard of proof that the jury that recently found Robert Blake liable wasn't sure if he actually pulled the trigger.They didn't find for the plaintiffs as to Earl Caldwell, Blake's alleged co-conspirator, so they have no idea who committed the murder.
