From what he told Dick and myself, Joe saw Fuhrman as a hired watchman for the illegal activities going on in the house across the street. The ownership of that house Bosco traced to Kardashian and OJ through some business name. Had something to do with an addition Fuhrman built on the front of his house where he could see all activity on the street.
