Jasper- I am not following you here. Wasz said he met with Kardashian on the 8th and gave him the roll of film. A week later (makes it about January 15th) Kardashian contacted him and had him come to the house in Encino. Thats where Wasz said Kardashian asked him to murder Nicole. I get that Wasz would have given Kardashian or whoever, the notes on following Nicole at the meeting on the 8th. So why did he re-write them, and did he add OJ's, Paula's and Kardashian's number later? We also do not know if the notes were on pages next to each other. In other words, the notes with the phone numbers could have been in a different spot in the notebook.
