Mario, ……… You are a major player – just as Bill Wasz was – in a conspiracy to murder Nicole and frame O.J. The fact that the person behind it wasn’t able to draw you into the plot is irrelevant to his purpose. The fact that he tried by way of Rocky (a tall guy) and succeeded with Bill Wasz (another tall guy), establishes a pattern of method and intent. If it wasn’t O.J. or someone working for him, it had to have been someone working against him. I saw that pattern with Mark Fuhrman. I saw it again with Anthony Pellicano. ………Two RHD detectives ambushed you and beat you savagely. They inflicted so much damage that it seemed to you (and me – at first) that they tried to kill you. Then I went though your posts on the Peking Duck and Iago. I put them together with what I learned about you patterns of response in threatening situations and saw something else. ……….With all of the things you kept to yourself it was impossible to see the logic in your claim that the people you named in your complaint conspired to kill you. You sounded like a raving lunatic, which is why Pat Valentino called you “incoherent” and I replied, “Why is anybody listening to this guy?” Neither of us could get a clear picture out of anything you said. I couldn’t even recall who you were. After talking to you it was obvious that you were intelligent and sane but incapable of seeing how the things you consistently repeated in caps and the things you consistently left out undermined your credibility. When you told me, “I can’t help it. I have to be me. I have to do it this way,” the light went on. ……….The cops who beat you weren’t trying to kill you and they weren’t trying to intimidate you (send you a message); they were trying to DISCREDIT you. That’s what I said. They wanted you to believe they were trying to kill you but in the heat of the attack and because they could not judge the extent of your injuries, they almost went too far. They were trying to get YOU to send a message that you were irrational to make the information you had on Ron Ito, Dale St. John and Rocky Bateman useless. If that was the goal, they succeeded because they knew your patterns and you stuck to them. ……… My experience in situations like yours told me that if they wanted to kill you they would have done it. These guys were cops. They knew what cops look for in homicide investigations. If they intended to kill you, they would have bruised your knuckles, bashed your brains out and stolen your wallet to make it look like a robbery that you resisted. Nobody would have questioned it if you hadn’t left a record of your involvement in the O.J. case and Ron Ito’s lies about his investigation of the limo company. But you did. Killing you at that time could have opened the doors to investigations that you were trying to open. Discrediting you was the surest way of closing them. –Jasper
