Rose, this is My take on this situation. As I remember, Bill Wasz didn't really have a Permenent Place of Residence at this Time. If I were in His Shoes, I would KEEP Anything and Everything of Importance on My Personal Being, Another words, Carry My Valuables and Anything I deemed Important, wih Me.
