From what I've read, Bill was murdered, not natural causes. His apt. was locked, because they needed the mgr. to get in. I don't know what to make about why he was released from prison with the outstanding warrant. I wonder if high places marked him for death from the start and let him out to accomplish this. Another ball of wax. He must have known a lot about certain aspects of the criminal world. Also tho, he might have been involved with things we know nothing about. His meeting with Jasper in Detroit could have been all smoke and mirrors. He could have said anything he wanted to say in an email or letter. That's my opinion. Buster
