Actually, it's based more on the fact that the evidence not only does not support Kaelin's thumps stories, it belies it......................" On your site, you talk about Sydney and Justin having gone into Kato’s room this way and indicate it must be an easy lock to pick because the kids got into his room. John, the lock on the door is on their side and kids of their age are able to unlock a door with no problem".........Actually, I did nore than 'talk about it. I cited references for it. Furhtermore, it was only recently that I discovered that Kaelin had routinely gotten Gigi to open that door so that he could do his laundry. This was in his grand jury testimony. My point is, there can be no dount that Kaelin could have unlocked that door himself from the house side and, since it was not on the alarm system (though OJ thought it was), it is reasonable to believe that Gigi and OJ simply failed to check that the door was locked at all times. It sounds like you are agreeing with me here. what's the question?.........." Then you have Kato standing on the property near the Rockingham gate watching OJ chip golf balls. Just where do you think he was hiding? And how did he get there without being seen if OJ had not yet gone into his house?".............Most likely by going out to the suth path thrugh the maid's entrance, though I can think of other possbilities. Go check out Dick's diagrams of the night time lighting at Rockingham and the interview videotape; that area of the grounds was pitch black. Remember, OJ had no reason to suspect he was being watched at the time, and Kalin would have been wearing dark clothes and statying concealed. If Oj had spotted him, Kaelin no doubt had some innocent reason for being out prepared. while Kalein's prsense might have seen odd, it would not have been'suspicious' to OJ......." When OJ goes into the house, you have Kato determining it is a good time to go to Bundy with the Bronco. How would he know that OJ would not come out again and see the Bronco missing? Oh yeah, after being there 6 months he knows OJ habits. Enough to risk murder? How could he know that OJ would not go in the house and get on his phone to talk to Cathy Randa, Skip Taft, or any other person who could verify that OJ was talking to them at the time of the murders?"..........Because Kaelin knew that OJ's habit ws to isolate himself by putting his phone on the answering suervice. While what you suggest is posible, Kaelin made a calculated risk that it was unlikely. And, hell, Rose, if someone is willing to risk murder at all, he's willing to risk lesser things.........." Kato would not be able to monitor OJ’s calls while he was at Bundy. How would he know that OJ would not come out to his room again to talk to him again? OJ had already done that twice that day?".........He could not'KNOW'; he could only make a caluculated risk. it also occurs to me that Kaelin may have made several 'dry runs' by taking the Bronco on rountrips to Bundy a few times before the actual murders...."This are only some of the problems with your theory. So while you may think you have solved the murder, there are others who think your explanation misses the mark."...........The thing is, Rose, is that every other theory out there misses the mark by a much wider degree than my own......" BTW, if you have read Schulman’s book, you know that he also suggests the blood at Bundy came from prior objects OJ had bled on, only Shipp not Kato did it."............i was unawre of that. However, the main thing wrong with the shipp-di-it theory is thatwhoever did it had to have had very intimate and up-to-date knowledge of the Rockingham household. For example, only Gig, OJ, Kaelin, and perhaps Arnelle knew that Gigi was not there that night to be a possible alibi witness for OJ. While it was very easy for Kaelin to monitor OJ's movementsat Rockinghm, this would have been very difficult for Shipp.
