Mario, I didn't think so either from when I worked in the prison system in California. The average person is not allowed to monetarily profit during jail time. This is just one more of the completely illegal acts that Pellicano is able to blissfully get away with, with impunity. The man is absolutely like some pesky insect that needs either a motorized fly swatter or a auper size can of Raid to stop.
