Mario, You're raising an interesting point about the "whistleblower" statute in terms of retaliatory actions on the part of government agencies. Unfortunately, as I already explained well beyond my expertise somewhere in this same message thread to Rose, there's a nasty hook thrown in when the parties are operating under "absolute immunity" in their professional capacity or are merely state employees. Not to worry, I'm more than already thinking along those lines and taking steps in those directions. That however is not an immediate solution to my situation, it is however one that will be pursued in the long run. I guess my problem is I both want what I'm legally entitlted to, my medical license, and I would like to better this awful legal situation for everyone (if they should happen to have the poor luck of finding themselves in it ever). Dunno, but I have no intention of going to law school to learn if I can at his point...Nomi
