All I am really at liberty to say Mario, is that something is definitely wrong with the current situation, especially when you throw in the time element...that it is now well over one and half years since the judicial order from the Superior Court in Sacramento went uncontested by the Medical Board. What is overwhelming evident is that at least the AG assigned to my case, Richard Marino, has a personal agenda, and institutional cover for that agenda, that allows him to overtly and flagrantly lie as an individual repeatedly both in written and spoken word about me and the present circumstances of my case. As far as I can see, his tactics (which he represents as being on behalf of his client-the Medical Board) have been simple. They are trying to starve me out and they never had any intention of honoring the judicial order.
