Mario, ……..The mistake John and I made with Occam’s razor is that it doesn’t apply to evidence produced by deliberate human action. If O.J. did not commit the murders the killer was free to plant evidence in a way that didn’t have to lend itself to a simple explanation. He could even create false timelines. There is abundant evidence that he did. ………Putting yourself in the killer’s place you can draw a fairly detailed profile of the accomplices needed to pull off the murder/frame-up in a way that is consistent with the false evidence and the real evidence. You can see where they have to be at given times to keep you informed in a timely way and how they have to do it. You have ten years to recruit them and modify your plans as the prevailing situation dictates. Although you wanted to do it earlier you didn’t have a sold foundation until the ’89 New Years Day incident. Only now, with Shipp telling you about the recital and Faye in a position to set up a 3-way with Ron Goldman, has everything fallen into place to give you a green light. ……...You need Faye in another location to let you know if Ron is still coming and whether he is on schedule. Faye made the call. You need someone to tell you what O.J. wore to the recital and to steal Juditha’s glasses to cover your knowledge that Ron Goldman was coming. Denise Brown has those qualifications. She disappeared when she had to for you to know to wear the right shoes but she wasn’t around to know that someone took an armature photo that would prove O.J. didn’t wear them. ……...You need a watcher at Rockingham to make sure O.J. doesn’t have an alibi for any ten minute stretch between 10:00 and 10:45 and to make the thumps at 10:45. Ideally he would be black, about O.J.’s height and build, have experience in covert surveillance techniques and a reasonable explanation for being near the Bronco or on O.J.’s property if he got caught. That’s the theory. The reality is Ron Shipp meets all of those qualifications. Moreover, he said that he hoped O.J. didn’t have a cut on his finger before he supposedly heard about the murders (from J. Neil Schulman’s Frame of the Century). ………O.J.’s cut finger throws a monkey wrench into the plan but with Shipp on Bundy it’s manageable. Like Kardashian, Shipp knew that O.J. cut himself frequently and he would know to look closely for sighs that O.J. did cut himself to avoid conflicts with a corresponding cut in one of the gloves. A cell phone call to you alerts you to a possible cut on the left hand. You have to leave the left hand glove behind and improvise a possible bleeding killer scenario until you can get enough details to use it or discard it. ……….You need a lookout on Bundy with covert surveillance experience to warn you (by cell phone) if somebody you didn’t expect happens along at the wrong time and to come to your aid if you get into trouble. He has to make sure the dog is let out of the yard and that he has an observation post on Bundy close to Nicole’s front gate to see the entire block without calling attention to his vehicle. The evidence says he had a smaller foot and a deeper voice. The evidence says he entered the yard and had an argument with you. The ideal spot on Bundy exists (the Bundy curve running into Gorham). Brand Roberts was your partner. He had a smaller foot and a deeper voice. ……When you try to punch holes in Iago all you get is more evidence that confirms it. --Jasper
