My thoughts exactly...this civil trial dilemma is bad law, IMO. How can you be held accountahle for a crime of which you have been ruled innocent in a court of law? It makes no sense logically and boggles the mind from a legal perspective. What ruling brought this into law. Anyone know? Was it through the US Supreme Court, or is it the law in Califormia, for example-- a state-sponsored initiative. OJ is right; it should be contested all the way to the top of our legal system. And I admire his advice to Robert Blake; move on and come to terms with the true values life offers--loving friends, family or just waking up to a lovely spring morning. No amount of money can buy those experiences. Shame on that element of our society that preys upon adversity, seeking financial gain from pain and chaos. marilyn
