Lollie, ……..A million thanks! ………The information you got of Faye’s divorce from Paul Resnick is invaluable. The divorce decree tells us that Faye and Paul made a prenuptial agreement in 1987, which nails down the year they were married and they were divorced on December 5, 1991. With that information alone we can put other information relative to what Faye did before, during and after her marriage to Paul in perspective. ……..Paul had a life insurance policy of only $200,000 that Faye could collect “on a decreasing term basis at his selection, in an amount sufficient to pay upon his death the unpaid portion only of the spousal support obligation.” That order sounds a little weird considering the fact that the court also ordered Paul to pay Faye spousal support of various amounts until June 30, 1993. From July 1991 through December ’91 she got $11,200 per month. From January 1, 1992 though December ’92 the payments dropped to $6, 525 and from January ’93 through June ’93 it went up to $10,500. That was were it stopped and Faye was on here own. ……..Faye got a 1984 Mercedes out of the deal and their home on Arden Drive in Beverly Hills (this must have been Michael Eisner’s old house) but the best indication I could get of Paul’s wealth comes from the jewelry and paintings Faye got to keep. The jewelry alone had to be worth over a million bucks. A partial list includes: a Piaget watch, a 7-carat diamond tennis bracelet, opal diamond earrings, a 7-carat diamond necklace, a 3 ½ carat diamond engagement ring with rubies, a 7-carat diamond sapphire ring, a 3-carat diamond heart necklace (remember the plastic heart on Bundy?) … other pieces of jewelry were not specified and neither was Faye’s mink coat. Paul's source of income was not noted, only his abilty to pay. ……..A tantalizing item on the first page is where it says, “THE COURT FURTHER ORDERS…b. Wife’s former name be restored (specify).” There was no specification and Faye signed the divorce decree “Faye Resnick.” ……..Lollie, I don’t know how much of the time, trouble and money you put into getting this information will be rewarded. I can only say that I will put as much of it as I can in the Faye Resnick piece of the flow chart and see what happens. ………All input on this long-awaited information will be greatly appreciated. ………By they way, does anyone know what a 7-carat diamond or a painting by Jawinski or Amri is worth? – Jasper
