Then you obviously missed the key point that it was the prosecution's FAILURE even to collect and test the bags at the outset that prevented a definitive determination of whether blood was on the bags that would have answered the question. Now the prosecution well knew about the bags Simpson took to the airport. they also well knew about the he had from which he allegedly bled that preovided them all the vicence they needed. They must therefore have know to a certainty that blood would also have been on the bags had their theory of he being the killer had been coirrect. Why then did they shun getting the bags and proving beyond doubt that their theory was true by establishing that his blood was on the bags where it necessarily had to be if he had handled them after the killings which he necessarily must have done based on how Park and Kato described what happened. But they still avoided getting the bags like Drascula shuns daylingt. When the prosecution avoids getting evidence that would prove their case, it's not because they are sure it would substantiate them, but because they know it won't. That's what turns the the failure of the proseuction to, produce that evidence into a key negative finding against them that demolishes their case. Far from futile to dfiscuss it, this is just another key piece of evidence in the mountain that proves this case to be a fraud.
