I read a link once from the real estate agent that was selling Bundy Drive after the murders,I will try & relocated that link for you anyways she claims that the person that sold the Condo was in dept bad, therefore Nicole had to pick up all this additional fees (she really wanted the condo) after the crimes it took a long time to sell 8 months on the market, she said the home is very beauiful/stunning. She sold it to a lawyer that lives in it now, other than that I know nothing else about Bundy..... thanks goatgirl
