I didn't mean to imply that the EMT and Jeff were the only sources of info. The EMT was there BEFORE Fuhrman and others say he got there. (That may not be true either for all we know).
And Jeff may not have given a "full and complete" ID of her. He may have stood at the end of the walk and said that isn't the maid and it isn't Faye and that he believed it was Nicole.
And the EMT may have been allowed to get up close and personal to the bodies. We don't know for sure because he wasn't allowed to testify as to what he did or did not do.
But anything that was said by them would have been confirmed by Fuhrman when he arrived. Jeff--it seems if the timing is correct --may have made an ID after Furhman arrived. It would be just "icing" on the cake for whatever Fuhrman had told them. It would have only been a confirmation of what he had already said.
I have never understood why the cops (thru the DA's) would rather the public think that the cops dreamed up the custody knowledge and proceeded on a death notice w/out being sure that it was her w/out attributing the info to anybody--even Fuhrman. They would have rather looked like they got the info telepathicly than say that Jeff or the EMT gave them info if they didn't want to say that Fuhrman told them. In their hiding that MF told them info, they ignored two good sources of the info. But then again, perhaps there were other things the EMT or Jeff would have said on the stand that they DIDN"T want said.
