I know of no criminal records mentioned for anyone involved in this case, except of course OJ himself. Bosco reported that Shively had a criminal record of some sort, but Wagner disputed this. I specifically asked Wagner to have shively try to buy a gun, which would have settled the issue once and for all. But, "mysteriously", he didn't.
