One of the most puzzling things in the trial happened at the very beginning when Clark claimed that Ron left the Mezz and went directly to Nic's condo and was killed in his uniform.
Mistake? Not hardly.
Everybody in that room and most of the nation watching KNEW that Ron had not been killed in his uniform by that time.
It was as big as if she had said Nicole was in a white bathroom when killed--only to find her in a short black sundress.
From the very beginning an effort was made by the DA's and the cops to Misrepresent Ron's presence there and even what he was wearing and how he got there perhaps.
Petro even said the shoes he had on were brand new. Were they brand new or that nobody had ever seen them before?
I think a great deal of the problems with the evidence points to the fact that Ron may actually have been at the condo much earlier --in other clothes--and somebody exchanged the clothes or he did himself ---and the original clothes were put back at the apartment---along with an error in finding the correct keys to throw down in the scene.
And then somehow his belt and work shoes were never found.
