Jasper, That is what I noticed about the closing arguments as well.

The pundits --like Toobin--were so caught up in the EMOTION of it all that they missed that the jury was paying attention to what their own experience told them. If the time and places didn't match. If OJ wasn't violent prior to the 12th or stalking NIcole or if the cops were caught lying and deliberately delaying things, etc. etc etc---they doubted the case.

It didn't matter (to the verdict) that Fred, Patti and Kim were crying or that Browns were too. Or that it was a violent and bloody murder but that it just didn't pass the smell test.
