I am putting this as a new post as I am going nuts looking for the place where we left off the last time.
We were discussing the crime scene below and the knit cap that was identical to one in Justin's room on the floor of the closet under the shelf.
To get a TRUE picture of the crime scene we have to consider the things left out of the trial but that we know about such as this knit cap.
1) knit cap that could have been removed quite recently (even after the crime) from Justin's closet.
2) the notorious ankh necklace allegedly found somewhere on the ground that was allegedly jerked off Ron's neck and thrown down. Where and why was it never mentioned in the evidence? Could it be because of WHERE it was found?
3)the TWO cups of unmelted ice cream that Morphed into one later in the trial.
4)the blue jean jacket that mysteriously disappears after Fuhrman has been inside.
5)the borrowed car that Riske says wasn't there in the CIVIL trial. And it took 3 searches to find a car sitting at the edge of the alley?
6)the knit cap has NO blood on it thou the killer has been in the vacinity of MUCH spurting blood and blood that was slung around.
7) A Jeep that was moved (without the cops telling it) early in the crime investigation and it was at first partly on top of the last blood drop and the coins.
8) The beeper had testimony to the effect that it was registered to Ron. But the keys were never properly ID'd (esp. the set of old keys) nor were all the keys listed in any document. Yet the ring under Ron is given a barely passing "I think so" by Lange as to it belonging to Ron.
9) an "oddly" wiped clean butcher knife in the kitchen. Purposely wiped down was the implication.
10) The borrowed car of Ron's was "wiped clean" of prints as well.
11) And something that I thought of just this AM while answering other postings. Fingerprints of Nic, Faye, and the children were found inside yet prints of Ron were not. Ron was IN that condo on Friday night according to his friends in newspaper articles because he and Nicole went out to a public function and he drove the sports car. Then they came back to the condo. Faye's were found yet Ron--either that night or before--had been in the condo and presumably touched the doors and the bathroom door downstairs just like Faye did. Yet no prints of Ron were in the apartment. Or were they?
12) There is a KNOWN fingerprint on the middle gate of someone from the police data base but the fingerprint guy fails to verbally say the name. It was allegedly on the Elmo but he does not say what name that might be.
I think you you take the total scene, it is obvious that we were told a totally bogus story that even Jasper's theory doesn't fully account for.
