Jasper, This is very interesting.
But it doesn't explain Riske-very strongly in the civil trial stating that Ron's car WAS NOT there that night. That no cars were. He stated that he looked. Also, in that prominent place (Nic's usual place to park the Jeep) it is very ODD that it took three searches to find the car on Monday PM at about 4 oclock according to Vannatter and Lange's book and Lange's testimony.
And when the car WAS found, the fingerprints were "wiped clean" from the car as testified to the guy who said the knife in the kitchen was "wiped clean" of prints.
Also, you said that the killer(s) were waiting in the garage for Ron. That means that Ron was attacked elsewhere than the front gate which also screws with the DA theory. Did ONE person knock him out and CARRY him to the front?
This brings into question just "what" the child's pendant found behind the garage and the strange missing ankh necklace (the coke spoon) that Freddy claimed according to the cops was Ripped from Ron's neck and thrown down on the ground--yet never shows up anywhere in the case except this press conference by Freddy.
And I agree with Kari I think it was that spoke of Nic's very lax about security when others claimed she was very security minded. I see NO evidence of that! She left the garage door opener out for anyone to use. She put her keys in the bushes rather than carry them when she left with Cora. And she had some very "ify" people hanging around herself and her kids. (Faye, and the hookers and Keith).
She was going out and staying out all night and would never be sure where she would wake up (a serial killer's dream come true).
I am not disagreeing with your scenario. It makes perfect sense and fits the evidence better than Ron walking around the front. But Riske (who has been known to stretch the truth a bit) was Adamant about it. NO CAR because he looked. And that does NOT further the DA's or the plantiff's case in ANY fashion.
And then there are the keys that are returned to the girl allegedly the next day- although they are evidence in a possible capital murder case.
There is Freddy saying the keys that were returned to him were a set of OLD keys that didn't even have Ron's apt. key on them.
Freddy's depo implies that 2 sets of keys were found but NOWHERE in the evidence or documents from the coroner is another set of keys mentioned. Much like the Notorious ankh necklace that only Freddy is told is found on the ground and returned to him.
His lawyer refuses to let him answer what is returned to him from the cops and coroner. He implies (before stopped) that no wallet and no credit cards were.
And NOWHERE can we find this set of keys in ANY photo.
