For example, Denise's disgusted remark that Nicole was NOT a battered woman, and then her testimony that I doubt a ten year old child would have believed. The minute the time of the flight was established at 11.45 P.M. suddenly all bets were off. I also have to wonder one thing that doesn't fit this belief, even though I brought it up. How do these police officers sign on to the unbelievable breaking down of the Crime Scene at Bundy, which did not include the house, at three P.M. the day after the murders? HOW can anyone believe that they were not hiding something by doing this? They obstructed justice and destroyed evidence. How do they justify it, how did they know the importance of doing this by three oclock the next day? This is what made me look at the police. The very idea that they broke down a crime scene in such a high profile case in which one might expect extra care to be used instead of haste. Unbelievable. I am sorry to go back to such a general trashing of most of the evidence like this. The things that were not done that was Police 101, Homicide Investigation 101? How do they justify this?
